Job description:
We are a growing organization and are seeking a talented professional with experience in recruitment and community engagement to grow our Membership Program and expand our reach across the US. The Membership Program Director will be responsible for designing and implementing a membership growth and retention strategy that aligns with NSRH’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives. We are looking for an energetic, creative, people-person with a passion for cultivating community. This is a great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to social justice. Salary is $75,000 per year plus commission.

Executive Administrator

The Opportunity:
NSRH is a growing organization; in 2018 we changed our name from Nursing Students for Sexual and Reproductive Health (NSSRH) to Nurses for Sexual and Reproductive Health (NSRH). We recognized the need to provide comprehensive SRH education, community and support to nurses invested in comprehensive, person-centered healthcare throughout the trajectory of their careers.
Nurses for Sexual and Reproductive Health (NSRH) provides students, nurses and midwives with education and resources to become skilled care providers and social change agents in sexual and reproductive health and justice.
NSRH is seeking a dynamic Executive Administrator who is responsible for providing high level administrative support. Additionally, the Executive Administrator will help manage NSRH’s virtual office, databases, and systems. The Executive Administrator will represent NSRH externally among a diverse range of audiences, including NSRH members, potential donors, public agencies and other non-profit organizations.
This is a 40 hour a week full-time salaried position reporting to the Deputy Director.

Major Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Deputy Director and Ops Team
- Maintain & manage NSRH virtual home office
- Bill management (coding, invoicing etc.)
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting for various projects and initiatives
- Data entry & systems management
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
- Manage printing and mailing needs
- Ensure that all points of contact with NSRH via the main phone line, incoming mail, and the [email protected] email account, etc. reflect the organization’s values
- Manage kudoboard for team birthdays and anniversaries
- Support Deputy Director in ordering team gifts (birthdays, holidays, etc.)
Communications Support
- Collaborate with Comms Coordinator to ensure the creation and dissemination of high quality communications to our users
- Organization website
- General Newsletter
- Mailings and e-blasts
- Respond to questions, comments, and concerns from community members
Merchandising
- Manage NSRH Store
- Manage ordering and maintain inventory of supplies/swag
- Other duties as assigned
Chapter Support
- Support Student Engagement and Advocacy Manager in providing supplies for campus chapter events
- Manage & dispense student stipends in coordination with Student Engagement and Advocacy Manager
- Support Programs staff in coordinating supplies and logistics for events, conferences, etc.
Development Support
- Assist Deputy Director with fundraising efforts (End of year campaign & Nurses week emails and letters and run reports)
- Assist Comms Coordinator with member communications (emails, announcements, etc.)
- Assist Deputy Director with data entry and maintenance of Donor records in CRM
- Assist Deputy Director and NSRH team with event planning
Membership
- Support member application processes and renewals
- Support Membership Director and Operations Director with maintaining and updating Membership Management System (AMO)
- Assist Membership Director with member recruitment and retention efforts (outreach, mailings, and email inquiries/correspondence)
Staff support
- Assist with staff travel arrangements, when needed
- Assist with scheduling needs (coordinating consultant meetings, meetings with stakeholders, etc.)
- Support Board of Directors in scheduling meetings and creating reports
- Conference and event coordination (ordering swag & tabling materials, venue registration, support team while they are on site)
Qualifications and Qualities:
Required
- Must have at least 5 years of administrative/ operations experience
- Experience with a membership organization or association is a plus
- Experience working with websites (building pages, adding content, etc…) is a plus
- Experience managing databases, Donorperfect or other CRM is a plus
- Experience using project management tools, ClickUp a plus
- Must be proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, etc)
- Must be proficient with Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
- Experience navigating online meetings, workflow management, and collaboration tools.
- Experience working with donation platforms such as ActBlue a plus
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Square a plus
- Must be detail oriented with superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Preferred
- Comfortable working remotely
- Ability to remain open and flexible within a growing organization and changing landscape
- Be a great team player and collaborator and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds (ethnicity, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, ability, etc.)

- Be a strong communicator (verbal and written)
Compensation Package:
- Salary: 60,000/yr
- Hours: this is a full-time, 40 hour per week, position
